Working closely with the Managing Partners, she ensures seamless execution of the firm’s vision by overseeing cross-departmental initiatives and aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Añeila combines strategic HR leadership with a deep understanding of labor laws, delivering solutions that are both practical and legally sound. Her approach emphasizes efficiency, compliance, and accountability across all processes.
Prior to joining Joseph Norinsberg, Añeila was instrumental in the growth of a boutique employment law firm, where she managed Operations, IT, and Human Resources. She developed policies and streamlined processes to enhance sustainability and mitigate compliance risks.
Outside of work, Añeila enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through high-intensity spin classes, Pilates, and yoga.
