Bennitta Joseph is an experienced New York City sexual assault attorney with over seventeen years of experience litigating cases involving workplace harassment. After graduating from Temple University School of Law, Ms. Joseph honed her trial skills by serving as a prosecutor with the New York District Attorney’s office. She believes very strongly that cases are not won by “showmanship” inside of court, but rather, by relentless and time-consuming preparation outside of court.

Diego Barros joined Joseph & Norinsberg, LLC in 2018 as an associate attorney representing clients in civil rights and employment actions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barros worked for the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office for nine years as an Appeals Bureau Paralegal, Freedom of Information Law Officer and Grant Coordinator.

Jessenia Santelises joins Norinsberg Law as a Lead Intake Specialist. With almost a decade of experience in the legal field, Jessenia has extensive experience in all handling all types of civil litigation matters, including automobile accidents, slip and fall, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. With the knowledge and experience she has gained over the years, Jessenia is capable of managing all cases from the initial intake all the way through final settlements.

During her time there, Ms. Meyer defended and conducted hundreds of depositions, partook in extensive motion practice and settlement negotiations, and took trials to verdict.
