With nearly a decade of experience, Mitchell has navigated civil and criminal litigation matters, including 1983 claims, 28 U.S.C. §§ 2254 and 2255, and New York’s direct appeal and post-conviction procedures. His comprehensive understanding of ADA compliance allows him to effectively manage cases from initial intake to final settlements.
