Madeline Howard

Madeline Howard, Esq. is a dedicated plaintiff-side employment attorney focused on vindicating the rights of workers. She is admitted in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.

Madeline began her journey in law in 2019, after co-leading a walkout protesting a former employer profiting from sales to detention centers. She graduated from CUNY Law in the summer of 2022, where she participated in the Workers’ Rights clinic. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Georgetown University.

Madeline’s practice areas include wage and hour law, federal and state discrimination matters, whistleblower retaliation, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. She has a significant depth of experience litigating cases in state and federal court, as well as pursuing claims through arbitration, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
