Robert A. Robert has successfully advocated for class compensation across multiple industries, including the security service industry, the hospitality industry, the medical industry, the construction industry, and many more.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked for a plaintiffs’ rights law firm focusing primarily on matters involving underpayment of wages and discrimination.
Robert is admitted to practice in New York as well as the federal courts for the Southern, Eastern Districts of New York. Robert earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School where he graduated cum laude with the distinction of being awarded the designation of being a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar.
