Her ability to build trust and communicate complex legal matters effectively is a cornerstone of her approach to client advocacy.

She studied Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley, with a concentration in Comparative Politics. As an undergraduate, she worked at the UC Berkeley School of Law Library assisting law students and was actively engaged in student advocacy and community work. She served as Chair of Undergraduate Students and was a founding member of Boricuas in Berkeley, an organization formed in the wake of Hurricane Maria to foster campus-wide dialogue on Puerto Rican identity, politics, history, and social justice.

While at Berkeley, Bianca was also part of Kappa Alpha Theta’s leadership committee, where she supported philanthropic initiatives benefiting Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a nonprofit that helps advocate for children in the foster care system. In addition, she was closely involved with Greeks Against Sexual Assault (GASA), a student-led initiative committed to raising awareness and preventing sexual violence within the Greek community.

Outside of her legal and academic work, Bianca founded Core Stone for Youth, a Puerto Rico-based nonprofit that provided underprivileged students with access to math, science, and technology programs. Her commitment to advocacy and community engagement continues to inform her work and dedication to clients at Joseph & Norinsberg LLP.
