Jarret T. Bodo is an experienced litigator specializing in labor and employment law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Jarret earned his Juris Doctorate from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Business & Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Siena College.
Jarret currently litigates labor and employment matters for individuals as well as class action cases for employees facing wage-theft, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other adverse actions. In the past, Jarret has litigated cases that include multi-million-dollar judgment enforcements, personal injury, mass torts, and appellate matters. Jarret also has extensive trial experience, having taken several cases to trial in federal court, state court, and administrative court.
