Jillian Tattersall is a seasoned employment litigation attorney with over two decades of legal experience spanning complex civil rights, employment discrimination, and business matters. Currently practicing in New York, she manages high-stakes cases through all stages of litigation.
Throughout her career, Jillian has represented clients in a wide range of employment disputes including whistleblower claims, discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour matters. She advocates on behalf of clients in civil courts, before administrative agencies, and during alternative dispute resolution, while also advising nonprofits and small businesses on compliance, policy development, and risk mitigation.
A graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D. 2002), where she served as Managing Editor of the BlackLetter Law Journal, and The George Washington University (B.A. 1999, magna cum laude), Jillian is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois, as well as federal courts. She has authored several legal publications on topics ranging from e-discovery to healthcare law in addition to co-authoring a children’s book with an environmental conservation organization.
