Charlotte Boegel is a Litigation Paralegal at Joseph & Norinsberg, where she provides comprehensive support to attorneys in all stages of employment and personal injury litigation. She assists with drafting pleadings, motions, and correspondence; managing case files; coordinating discovery; and preparing for depositions, mediations, and hearings. Charlotte also conducts detailed legal research and ensures all deadlines and court requirements are met, contributing to the firm’s success in representing clients facing employment discrimination and workplace harassment.
Charlotte graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in English and Dance through its joint program with The Ailey School. She was awarded the Jogues Scholarship and Artistic Merit Scholarship and consistently honored on the Dean’s List. During her studies, she served as an English Teaching Assistant at the Gabelli School of Business, helping undergraduate students refine their writing, editing, and communication skills.
Outside of her paralegal work, Charlotte is an active member of the Pro Bono Council for Sanctuary for Families, where she supports legal advocacy efforts for women and children affected by gender-based violence, participates in fundraising initiatives, and contributes to outreach campaigns. She also brings experience in publishing as Assistant Opinions Editor for FLASH Magazine and has developed strong organizational and communication skills through roles in retail, editorial management, and client-facing environments.
