Joel Goldenberg is a Senior Litigation Attorney who represents clients in all types of labor and employment matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters on an individual and class-wide basis. Joel focuses on workers’ rights pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the New York State Human Rights Law, the New York City Human Rights Law, New York Labor Law, and complex breach of contract actions.
Joel has represented clients in labor and employment matters from inception and through mediation and settlement. Prior to joining the firm, Joel was an associate at an employment litigation firm. Joel is fluent in Russian.
