Well-versed in employment law, Matthew has represented and advised employees, professionals, and corporate executives in high-stakes federal and state litigation, arbitration, collective and class actions, agency and commission proceedings, and in prelitigation, separation, and severance negotiations. He is passionate about making a tangible difference in the fight against workplace injustice, standing by his clients at every step of the legal process.
Matthew earned his J.D. from Hofstra University Law School and his B.A. in Political Science from Stony Brook University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
