Nathaniel Peckham joined Joseph & Norinsberg LLC in 2024 as a managing attorney representing clients in civil rights and employment actions, as well as in website accessibility actions under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Peckham currently manages the Philadelphia office of the firm and directs the firm’s ADA Website Accessibility Practice.

Mr. Peckham completed undergraduate studies at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, before obtaining his J.D. from the University of California School of Law in 2014.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Peckham practiced employment law in Long Beach, CA, and then in Philadelphia, PA at a highly regarded boutique plaintiff-side employment law firm, in the latter of which he held several roles over seven years of practice. During that time, Mr. Peckham successfully represented numerous clients in employment matters involving all stages of litigation, regularly obtaining successful outcomes through mediation and negotiation with challenging employers of all sizes. Mr. Peckham is committed to thorough, attentive, and results-oriented representation of employees who have been wronged in the workplace, as well as visually-impaired clients who have been denied equal access to consumer websites through lack of accessibility.

Mr. Peckham is admitted to practice before the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of California, as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the Central District of California.
