Throughout her career, she has handled a diverse range of cases, from assisting business clients in transactional matters to representing the State of Florida in employment cases. She has succeeded in securing multi-million dollar judgments and settlements, such as a $27 million judgment on behalf of a state insurance commissioner as receiver of an insurance company in liquidation.
Mary Kogut-Lowell is admitted to practice law in Florida, Michigan, Wyoming, and New York. She is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of Florida and the Eastern District of Michigan. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
In addition to her legal expertise, Ms. Kogut-Lowell possesses language skills that allow her to effectively communicate with diverse clients. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, proficient in French, and has a basic understanding of Polish.
