Nathalia earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The Pennsylvania State University with a concentration in Advocacy and Litigation. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia, and was a recipient of the Academic Excellence Scholarship each semester, awarded in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.
Her litigation foundation began as a teaching assistant in Civil Procedure at Universidad de los Andes, followed by an internship in the Third Section of the Council of State of Colombia, the nation’s highest administrative court, where she contributed to legal research and drafting in government-liability cases.
