Ricardo is a paralegal with over 13 years of experience in employment law & civil rights in federal and state court, and administrative agencies (such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights). Ricardo’s experience has allowed him to develop a deep understanding and sentiment of his clients’ concerns and situations.

In 2018, Ricardo graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Labor Studies from CUNY Queens College. Additionally, in 2007 Ricardo graduated from Nassau Community College, after completing an associate degree in Paralegal Studies.

Ricardo is a Salvadoran-immigrant who speaks both English and Spanish fluently.
