Keli O’Neill is a highly experienced Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager for Joseph & Norinsberg and is honored to play an active role in advancing justice for individuals from all walks of life. She brings a distinct background as a former clinician in private practice, with a focus on early intervention, crisis intervention, and wraparound case management serving marginalized communities.
Keli has written as a Policy Contributor for the New York State Public Health Association and was selected as a Fellow in the New York University School of Global Public Health Community Research Fellows Training Program, graduating with the Class of 2025.
Keli is a strong advocate for recognizing and valuing lived experience in business and public policy. In 2022, she was appointed by a White House Fellow from the Class of 2022–2023 to the United States Social Security Administration’s Technical Working Group studying structural influences on disability. As a member of this group, Keli and her colleagues became the first Technical Working Group in United States history to be compensated by a federal government agency based solely on life experience.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Keli uses her genuine interest in people and respect for varied communication styles to build relationships and solve problems with strategy and compassion.
