Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Joseph & Norinsberg, LLC, Erica combines her extensive courtroom experience with a strong focus on client advocacy and strategic legal solutions.
Known for her exceptional negotiation and communication skills, Erica effectively navigates complex legal matters, achieving favorable outcomes through mediation, settlement negotiations and trial. Her proficiency in trial preparation and motion practice, including significant experience in both state and federal courts, allows her to build compelling case narratives and secure results for her clients.
Prior to her current role, Erica gained valuable litigation and courtroom experience as a Senior Counsel with the New York City Law Department, where she managed a substantial caseload and defended the interests of the City of New York. Erica’s exceptional dedication to her role earned her recognition from the Law Department, where she received the Division Chief Award in the Fall of 2020.
A graduate of Touro Law where she secured awards for her oral advocacy skills through Moot Court competitions across the country, Erica continues to put her oral advocacy skills to work for her clients.
