Elizabeth Pollock

Elizabeth Pollock is the Vice Chair of the Wage and Hour Division at Joseph & Norinsberg. Throughout her career, she has focused her practice on protecting and asserting the rights of individuals against violations by large companies and corporations, including wage and hour matters, employment litigation, data breach and privacy, disability discrimination, and consumer protection. Since 2017, Elizabeth has almost exclusively litigated class actions and complex litigation.

Elizabeth has been named lead counsel or appointed to other leadership positions in numerous class and complex actions, as well as multidistrict litigation across the country.

Originally from Buffalo, New York, Elizabeth attended law school at Indiana University Bloomington Maurer School of Law prior to relocating to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
