Licensed to practice in New York and California, Jitesh brings extensive federal litigation experience to his role, having successfully litigated hundreds of cases across New York and California Federal Courts, as well as New York State Courts.
With a strong track record of managing federal cases from start to finish, Jitesh regularly serves as the first chair in initial, status, pre-motion, pre-trial, and settlement conferences. His expertise extends to conducting mediations, negotiations, arbitrations, and depositions, where he consistently secures favorable outcomes for his clients.
Before joining Joseph and Norinsberg PLLC, Jitesh gained invaluable experience at prestigious firms, including a leading employment litigation firm in NYC, a federal commercial litigation firm on Long Island, and a high-profile litigation firm in Downtown Manhattan. His career also includes significant roles at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and the Office of the Attorney General, California.
Jitesh earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. At Berkeley, he demonstrated leadership as the student body representative, co-founder, and vice president of the Berkeley Information Privacy Law Association. He also contributed as an associate editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and served as a staff editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal.
