Monica has devoted more than a decade to exclusively representing plaintiffs in employment and sexual assault cases across a wide range of industries, including financial services, legal, entertainment, manufacturing, and hospitality, among others. Immediately prior to joining Joseph & Norinsberg, Monica was Of Counsel at Wigdor, a prominent employment law firm in New York City, where she represented individuals in high-profile sexual assault, sexual harassment, gender discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower matters.
Monica earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Magazine Journalism and Political Science from Syracuse University. Prior to practicing law, Monica was an editor at the Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University. She is licensed to practice law in New York state, and is admitted to practice in the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, along with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
