She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, along with a certificate in Forensic Accounting, providing her with a strong analytical foundation and insight into complex workplace dynamics and behavioral matters.
Throughout her legal career, Isabella spent three years working at a Plaintiff-side employment law firm, where she began as a Legal Intake Specialist before advancing into a Litigation Paralegal role. Throughout her experience, she has assisted in managing cases involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and other employment related matters. She has supported attorneys and clients through all stages of litigation, including client intake, discovery, case management, mediation preparation, settlement coordination, helping ensure an organized and efficient legal process.
Isabella is especially passionate about advocating for employees who often feel unheard, overlooked, or powerless in the workplace. She is committed to helping clients reclaim their voice and navigate the legal process with dignity, empathy, and confidence.
