Jazmin graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She started her career as a Litigation Paralegal shortly after graduating. With more than 7 years in the legal field, Jazmin has worked for a personal injury firm where she has handled diverse cases, complex legal issues, and a wide range of clients, all of which have contributed to her professional growth and expertise. She has handled all her cases from intake through discovery, settlement, and trial. She has contributed to legal research, investigations, drafting pleadings and discovery, pre-trial preparation and has assisted in translating for Spanish speaking clients. She has extensive knowledge and experience working on personal injury cases, including Labor Law, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip/Trip and Fall and Medical Malpractice. She is also gaining experience with employment law as she supports the firm’s Employee Justice Department. Her strong work ethic, dedication, and passion for each client are fundamental qualities that set her apart as a legal professional.
Jazmin was born and raised in Queens, New York. She is a daughter to Ecuadorian immigrants and is bilingual in Spanish. She takes pride in assisting her Latino community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
