Luiggi Tapia is the Firm’s Senior Director, Strategic Operations and Technology. He serves in the Firm’s central command, which leads operations and strategy across every division of the Firm.
What sets Luiggi apart is his grounding in the law itself. He brings nearly two decades of experience in employment and labor law, including a central role in the Firm’s pre-litigation work, and he remains closely involved in client matters today.
That experience shapes everything he designs and builds. Luiggi develops the tools, systems and insights that sharpen how the Firm operates, so its people can spend less time on process and more time on the clients they serve.
Luiggi earned his associate degree in Paralegal Studies from the American Bar Association–approved program at Nassau Community College in 2011. An Ecuadorian immigrant, he is fluent in English and Spanish.
