Community Initiative in Support of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Sexual Assault Awareness Month Community Initiative, April 1-30

At Joseph & Norinsberg, our commitment extends beyond the courtroom—we believe in making a difference in the lives of those we serve. As we continue to grow our online presence, we recognize the importance of using our platform not only to highlight the great work we do but also to support and give back to our community.

This April, in honor of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we are proud to launch our first-ever community initiative. This campaign is dedicated to raising awareness, supporting survivors, and reinforcing our firm’s commitment to advocacy and justice.

Supporting Survivors & Raising Awareness

Sexual assault is a deeply pervasive issue that affects countless individuals, many of whom seek justice through the legal system. This month-long initiative is particularly focused on supporting our Child Victims Act (CVA) clients and those who have experienced workplace sexual assault. As part of our efforts, Joseph & Norinsberg has made a generous donation to Safe Horizon, a nonprofit organization that provides crucial resources to survivors of sexual assault.

Our initiative is more than just a donation—it’s about creating lasting awareness and fostering a culture of support and empowerment. We encourage everyone to take part by engaging with our social media platforms and helping spread this important message.

How You Can Get Involved

There are many ways to show your support and help us spread awareness. Whether it’s through engaging with our social media posts, wearing teal, or simply starting a conversation, every effort counts. Below are a few ways you can actively participate in this initiative.

Engage with Us on Social Media

We invite our team, clients, and community to actively participate in this initiative by engaging with our social media content. A simple like, share, or comment on our posts can help amplify our message and reach those who need support the most.

Wear Teal & Share Your Photos

Teal is the official color of National Sexual Assault Awareness Month. To show solidarity, we encourage our team, colleagues, friends, and family to wear teal throughout the month. Whether it’s a shirt, scarf, tie, or even a teal ribbon, your support makes a statement.

Don’t have teal? No problem! Send us a photo in a white outfit, and we can edit it to match the campaign. Our goal is to create a powerful montage reel that showcases our collective commitment to raising awareness.

Making a Meaningful Impact

This initiative marks the beginning of many more community-driven efforts to come. At Joseph & Norinsberg Law, we believe that legal advocacy goes beyond winning cases—it’s about standing up for those who need it most. By working together this month, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of survivors and continue our firm’s mission of justice and empowerment.

Thank you for your support in making this initiative a success. Let’s stand together, raise awareness, and be a voice for change.
