Napoleon Zapata brings extensive litigation and discovery experience, with a strong background supporting labor and employment, intellectual property, and complex litigation matters from the commencement of litigation through discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and trial support.
Napoleon has managed numerous labor and employment matters and ediscovery databases, coordinated document review workflows, prepared search term reports, conducted legal and matter-specific research, and collaborated closely with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel throughout the discovery process.
In his prior role as a Litigation Paralegal, Napoleon supported litigation, labor, and intellectual property matters, assisting attorneys with productions, document reviews, legal research, and data analysis projects. He also brings advanced technical experience with platforms including Nuix, Relativity, Filevine, Lexis+, Westlaw, iManage, Case Notebook, Sanction, Adobe, and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Napoleon earned both his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University’s ILR School, where he developed a strong foundation in labor law, human capital, analytics, research, and organizational leadership.
